Mini Backpack, Rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow – where is that exactly? If you said it started around the back of your neck, you’d be correct! But that’s only if you’re wearing this rainbow bag on your back. If you’re carrying it at your side, somewhere over the rainbow is pretty much anywhere from your waist up! If the bag is sitting on the floor, somewhere over the rainbow is everywhere! Except the floor.
