Gingham

Gingham (2025) is a clever abstract strategy game where you lead an ant colony in search of treats on an abandoned picnic blanket.

In this charming board game for 24 players, you place your queens along the edges of the blanket and send out ants to connect matching sweets. Through clever positioning, you create and conquer stashes of candy but every choice affects both your turn order and your opportunities in the next round.

The game offers tactical trade-offs where you must choose between a better starting position or greater flexibility. Collect sugar cubes to unlock powerful abilities and build long chains of ants to claim the biggest piles. An accessible yet deep social game that works equally well on the go or at home at the game table.
